Wholesale accounts

How do I open a wholesale account?

Submit the wholesale application at /account/apply. Include your shop name, location, GST/HST number if applicable, and an idea of which categories you're looking at. We aim to respond quickly.

What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is one case (1 case-pack of any SKU). Most SKUs ship as 10pk, 20pk, or 40pk cases. There is no minimum on dollar value.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards via our secure processor at checkout. NET-30 terms are available for established wholesale accounts after a credit review — request when you submit your wholesale application.

Can I get a tax exemption with a resale certificate?

Yes. Trade accounts with a valid PST number qualify for exemption. Send your PST number to sales@ubiqdistribution.com when you apply. Note that checkout still shows tax at the standard rate for your province — the exemption is applied on the invoice we send you, not at checkout. Our GST/HST number is 743950636 RT 0001.

Do you offer tiered pricing?

V1 is flat per-case wholesale pricing. Tiered pricing (e.g. cases 1–4 / 5–9 / 10+) is on the roadmap for V1.5. Email us if you have a recurring high-volume order — we'll quote.

What is your returns policy?

Unopened, resalable cases in original cartons are returnable within 14 days of delivery, with a 20% restocking fee on returns for any reason other than our error. Opened cases are non-returnable except for defects. Defective or incorrect product is replaced or refunded at our cost with no restocking fee — report it within 3 business days of delivery. Do you carry brands besides EvoRetro?

EvoRetro is our launch brand. More brands are on the roadmap. The product taxonomy supports multi-brand expansion without breaking existing URLs or wholesale account history.

Where do orders ship from?

We ship from our Richmond, British Columbia warehouse at Unit 120 – 6691 Elmbridge Way. Within Canada, expect 2–7 business days — see Shipping & Returns for full estimates.

Shipping & products

Do you ship outside Canada?

Yes — orders ship both within Canada and internationally via Canada Post, UPS and FedEx, and warehouse pickup is available at our Richmond, B.C. location. International orders typically take 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Shipping cost is confirmed when we quote your order.

How much is shipping?

We don't charge shipping at checkout. Warehouse pickup in Richmond is free. For local delivery or carrier shipping, we quote the cost once we know the weight and destination, and it appears on your invoice rather than on the checkout total — so a $0.00 shipping line at checkout means "not billed yet", not "free". Wholesale orders are invoiced through QuickBooks; placing an order reserves the stock and we release it once the invoice is settled.

Are your prices per unit or per case?

Prices are per case as listed (e.g. "40-PACK CASE / 1,000 UNITS"). The pack size is shown on every product page, in the SKU, and in the structured spec table. Per-unit equivalents appear next to the case price for approved wholesale accounts.

How fast do you ship?

We ship via Canada Post, UPS and FedEx. Within Canada, expect 2–7 business days; international orders typically take 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Richmond and Lower Mainland customers can also collect from the warehouse at no charge, or arrange local delivery.

How do I know my cards will fit?

Toploaders and one-touches are sized in points (pt). 35pt fits modern Pokémon and MTG. 55pt fits jersey/relic cards. 75pt fits jumbo relics and PSA-prep stacks. 130pt and 180pt fit memorabilia and stacked submission lots. Match the toploader thickness to the slab thickness, not the card thickness, when prepping for grading.
